Spare parts service
At BOY, customer orientation already begins with the construction phase. All injection molding machines are characterized by maximum ease of maintenance. Special emphasis is put on good documentation. To ensure that the correct parts are supplied. Longer down times due to repairs or maintenance work are therefore practically eliminated.
Volume production and a manageable product range ensure that spare parts can be supplied quickly. Even machines that are older than 20 years are in stock at our central warehouse and are dispatched on the day they are ordered.
Service Network
An extensive field service network ensures that qualified staff is available on site to get your machine up and running quickly.
In addition, modern IT supported diagnostic technology gets you back up and running quickly. Faults can be immediately detected remotely or on site and analyzed.
