The BOY product range includes machines with clamping forces up to 137.5 tons – starting with the BOY XXS for high precision micro molding up to the powerful BOY 125 E. User friendly touchscreen controls and a wide range of options are available to meet a wide range of applications. The product range includes furthermore insert molding machines with vertical clamping and injection units, and with additional individually configurable options.

The universal machine concept of the BOY injection molding machines conform to individual requirements
The design characteristics, which have been applied since the founding of the company - such as the fully hydraulic two-platen clamping system - have proven themselves for many years. All components – from the clamping and injection unit right up to the drive – have been optimally adapted to each other. The drive, designed with a smooth running electronically controlled variable displacement pump, ensures energy savings.
BOY has a leading role in the development of the most modern control techniques. The results of our innovative designs are the very best values in precision, speed, and ease of operation. Servo-motor pump drive
Using a servo-motor pump drive for the "E" series is the answer to the ever increasing demand for energy-saving technologies. This way, more than 50 % of the drive energy can be saved. Being 20 % quieter in operation, and featuring higher dynamics and precision the BOY injection moulding machines of the "E" series can bear any comparison with competitors' machines.
In addition to technical aspects, the small footprint of all BOY machines is one of the further most impressive features. The cantilevered clamping unit has been designed for optimum use in automation. It allows various peripheral equipment to be adapted easily.
