Space-saving design with energy-focused technology
This injection molding machine features a newly engineered universal injection unit with patented back-pressure sensing for maximum process reliability. Its two-platen clamping system provides a clean, oil- and lubricant-free mold area and is supported by energy-efficient servo-hydraulic components, a pressure booster, and differential pressure technology to optimize energy usage. The electromechanical ejector delivers smooth, precise, and highly dynamic motion without stick-slip effects – both at high loads and during slow, controlled movements. A redesigned, compact safety concept (OSSD) keeps the machine footprint small while maintaining full performance and operational safety.
