The BOY 2C M is an auxiliary injection unit featuring its own hydraulic drive and independent control system, designed to upgrade existing injection molding machines for two-component applications. With plasticizing capacities of up to 280.5 cm³, a range of configurable injection units, and a mobile design, it offers exceptional flexibility, easy integration, and cost-efficient performance.

Flexible mounting options with a compact footprint

The BOY 2C M can be mounted vertically or horizontally on both horizontal and vertical injection molding machines. When used on insert molding machines (VV/VH), it can be positioned at the rear to ensure optimal ergonomics and unrestricted access to the mold area. An optional display connection on the main machine enables convenient operation and simplified process monitoring.

High technical capability with operator-friendly design

With screw diameters ranging from 28 to 38 mm, a maximum shot volume of 141.8 cm³, and injection pressures of up to 2,800 bar, the BOY 2C M meets demanding technical requirements. It enhances existing machines with improved precision, higher efficiency, seamless automation integration, and reliable plastics processing performance.
