BOY 2C XS / 2C S – Compact Add-On Unit for Two-Component Injection Molding
Flexible solution for high-precision plastics applications
The BOY 2C XS / 2C S is a space-saving auxiliary injection unit based on the ultra-compact BOY XS platform. Equipped with its own hydraulic drive and independent control system, it supports plasticizing volumes of up to 76.5 cm³ and enables highly precise micro injection molding as well as fine two-component processes.
Mobile design with versatile installation options
The unit can be positioned next to the injection molding machine or used as a mobile, transportable system. It supports vertical or horizontal installation and can be mounted laterally or at the rear of insert molding machines (VV / VH). This flexibility makes the BOY 2C XS / 2C S ideal for modular production concepts, automated injection molding, and accurate two-component plastics processing.
